Using Property Brochures & Booklets

Brochures and booklets are a powerful way to showcase your listing in a polished, professional format.

They are fully editable—just like the printable flyers—but are designed as multi‑page PDFs for print‑ready marketing.

Brochures are delivered as two‑page 11” × 17” PDFs plus bleed, while booklets are eight‑page 8.5” × 11” PDFs plus bleed, making them ideal for property showcases, agent presentations and leave‑behind materials.

To make printing easy and consistent, we recommend using VistaPrint for your printed marketing pieces.

Printing recommendations



To remove any guesswork on your end, here are our recommended printing details so you can confidently print your brochures and booklets:


  • File format: PDF

  • Bleed area: 0.25 inches




Getting the PDF



Follow the steps below for a detailed walk‑through on how to access and download your brochure/booklet PDFs.



Step 1: Go to the Marketing Kit page



Navigate to the Marketing Kit tab. This can be accessed either from the Delivery Email sent to you or by going to Sites › Site Summary › Marketing Kit.



Step 2: Scroll down to the Print‑Ready Brochures & Booklets section



On the Marketing Kit page, scroll down to the Print‑Ready Brochures & Booklets section. The example below shows how this section appears:



Step 3: Click the “Print/Digital” button



For the brochure or booklet that you would like to print, click the Print/Digital button. The red arrow in the illustration below highlights this button:



Step 4: Click the “Download PDF” button



From the download options, choose Download PDF to download a high‑resolution version of your brochure/booklet. An example of the download dialog appears below:




Step 5: Upload to your preferred printer



You are now ready to upload your brochure or booklet to the printer of your choice. To make printing easy and consistent, we recommend using VistaPrint.
